If fore any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 business days from the receipt of the ordered products.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal and request authorisation for the return, you must send an explicit declaration directly to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 business days from the receipt of the ordered products. The declaration must specify: the first and last name of the person to whom the purchase is registered, the order confirmation number, and the codes of the items you want to return.
Once MIA’s has received and approved the return request, it will send you a confirmation e-mail containing your Return Authorisation Number. The e-mail with the Return Authorisation Number must be printed and attached to the package along with the items. Obtained the Authorisation Number, you can send the return to web customer service – Mia’s Srl, Via Fratelli Flag 22 – 50019 Sixth Florentine (FI), Italy. We suggest you to send it by courier or by registered letter, so that you can be refunded in case of theft or loss. The transport costs of returning items purchased online are charged to you and the shipment must be made no more than 14 days after receiving the Return Authorisation Number. The postmark will be taken into account. After verifying that the returned products show no signs of use and/or wear, the Customer Service will contact you again and send you the evidence of refund as soon as possibile.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The items that you want to return must comply with the following conditions:
– must not have been used, worn, washed
– must be accompanied by all original labels, packaging and accessories
– the package must not show any sign of wear, abrasions and nicks
MIA’s does not accept, for any reason, items without an explicit Return Authorisation issued by the Customer Service. It is not possible to return items for which the purchaser requested a custom-made production. MIA’s will not accept the returned goods if the return does not meet all the terms and conditions of the return policy, as well as if the products are in any way damaged. If the latter case arises when our operators check the condition of the products, you can choose: whether to
– accept the reduction of the refund that will be communicated, equal to the decrease in the value of the returned product;
– or take back the purchased products.
If you refuse to receive the return of the items, MIA’s will hold the product as well as the amount indicated as a decrease in the value of the returned product.
Please note that MIA’s will not refund you if the item is stolen or lost during the return.
